So while on twitter, Heidi Kling, aka 2010 debut author of the upcoming release Sea (June 2010), came up with the awesome idea to do an Author Appreciation Week. I thought, wow what a great idea! So here's how it will go down.
You can choose 5-10 of your favorite authors and make a post about them. It will be a week long event so 1-2 a day depending on how many you choose. In your post tell everyone why this/these authors are your favorites and list their work as well so all of us who aren't familiar with them can go check out what they've done!
After you post, head on over to twitter, if you have one, and use the hashtag #AuthorAppreciationWeek and link your post so those who don't have blogs can find all the links in one place!

This is a great idea :D I'm thinking I could do an author interview with any of my favorite authors who are available, what do you think?
This sounds like quite a fun idea! Of course I'm late in finding out and crazy busy, but hopefully I'll be able to participate.
